How to join Temple Gun Club!

Temple Gun Club Membership Applications Open

The Temple Gun Club currently has a limited number of membership slots available and is now accepting applications for new members. Memberships are limited to 30 new members per application period and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upcoming Application Periods

  • October 6, 2026 – October 30, 2026 (You must attend the November 2, 2026 Orientation & General Meeting)
  • November 4, 2026 – December 4, 2026 (You must attend the December 7, 2026 Orientation & General Meeting)
  • December 9, 2026 – January 1, 2027 (You must attend the January 4, 2027 Orientation & General Meeting)
  • Future application periods will be announced as openings become available.

Attendance at the Orientation and General Meeting associated with your application period is mandatory for all new members. Applicants who cannot attend their assigned meeting should wait and apply during a future application period.

If you do not attend your assigned Orientation and General Meeting, your membership payment will be refunded, and you will be required to submit a new application during a future application period.

Application Process

  1. Complete the online application by entering your email address and clicking Next.

  2. Pay the membership dues and initiation fee online.

    Please note: Memberships are limited to 30 applicants per application period and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  3. Print, sign, and bring the Membership Agreement provided in your confirmation email.

  4. Attend the mandatory Orientation and General Meeting associated with your application period. Meeting begins at 6pm. Please arrive at 5:45PM

    Your membership application is not complete until you attend the required meeting for your application period.

  5. Failure to attend your assigned Orientation and General Meeting will result in your membership payment being refunded, and you will be required to submit a new application during a future application period.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Do I Need to Bring?

Please bring the following to your assigned Orientation and General Meeting:

  • Signed and dated Membership Agreement (included in your confirmation email)

How Long Is the Orientation and General Meeting?

The Range and Safety Orientation begins at 6:00 PM and typically lasts about one hour.  Please arrive at 5:45PM

The General Membership Meeting follows at 7:00 PM and generally lasts about 30 minutes.

Attendance at both meetings is required to complete the membership process.

How Much Does Membership Cost?

  • Annual Membership Dues: $150
  • One-Time Initiation Fee (New Members): $50

Membership fees are paid online during the application process.

Are There Any Membership Requirements?

Yes. Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Not be a Prohibited Person under applicable state or federal law.
  • Be legally eligible to possess and own firearms.
  • Be a United States citizen or other legal resident.
  • Agree to follow all Range Policies, Procedures, and Rules.

What Happens If I Miss My Assigned Meeting?

Attendance at the Orientation and General Meeting associated with your application period is mandatory.

If you do not attend your assigned meeting:

  • Your membership payment will be refunded.
  • Your application will be canceled.
  • You will be required to submit a new application during a future application period.

Are Guests Allowed?

Yes. Guests are permitted at no additional charge, subject to the limitations outlined in the Range Policy and Procedures. Please review the policy for complete guest requirements and restrictions.

What do I bring to a meeting?

How long is the Range and Safety Orientation and General Membership Meeting?

The Range and Safety Orientation begins at 6:00pm and lasts about an hour. 

The General Membership Meeting is also required. It begins at 7:00pm and usually lasts

about 30 minutes. 

How much does it cost?

Memberships are $150 per year. There is an additional $50 initiation fee for new

members. 

Are there any requirements?

Yes! Members must:

Be at least 18 years old, per State and Federal Law not be a "Prohibited Person" and

must be capable of legal firearm ownership, be a United States Citizen or other legal

Are guests allowed?

Yes, guests are allowed, at no additional charge, with some limitations. Please refer to

the Range Policy and Procedures for more information.
