Course Overview

This one-day fundamentals course is specifically designed for church security team members with limited or no formal firearms training. Participants will develop essential handgun skills with a focus on marksmanship fundamentals and safe, efficient drawing from holsters.

Training Objectives

• Master proper grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger control
• Develop safe and efficient drawing techniques
• Build accuracy and consistency at practical defensive distances
• Apply fundamentals under timed drills

Course Structure

All drills will be conducted at defensive distances (3, 5, 7, and 10 yards) using Rangemaster RFTS-Q4 targets. This is a stationary shooting course with no movement or side berm engagement required.
